Acne And Milk

Which foods may cause acne, or make it worse? Those who are affected with acne often blame chips, chocolates, oily food and other food items. Until now, no definite connection has been found between any food and acne, though recent studies suggest that milk may have a possible relation.

Research suggests that the hormones in the milk make teenagers more susceptible to acne. If cutting down on milk reduces your acne, you may want to discuss this with your doctor. Milk is necessary for the healthy growth of a teenager, so it should not be removed from your list of foods.
