Do You Have Chlamydia?
Look for these symptoms-
Chlamydia goes undetected in most people. As it is one of the most common and fast increasing STD, look for these signs and symptoms if you suspect it.
Men:
Think of chlamydia if you have
- Pain in testicles
- Discharge from penis
- Pain during urination
- Pain in lower abdomen
Women:
Think of chlamydia if you have
- Pain during intercourse
- Discharge from vagina
- Pain in lower abdomen
- Pain in urination
Action:
Please contact a STD center or your doctor immediately. Your doctor will take a swab and get a culture test done or send your urine to the lab for testing. Chlamydia is an easily treatable condition, if detected early. In later stages, it may cause many complications that include- swelling in testicles which is very painful, PID in women that may also lead to infertility, prostatitis in men and severe eye infections in both men and women.
