How STDs Spread?

If you are having sexual relations with one partner who is safe, you need never worry about contacting a STD. The worry comes only because of multiple relations. In such relations, you are not sure about the health status of your new partner and that worries you. Viruses and bacteria need an entry to your body. That entry can be provided by blood. Broken skin is another entry. Mucous membrane is the third entry. If you expose your cut skin or mucous membrane to any infected fluid or skin, you will contact infection. Your healthy skin is normally impermeable to viruses and bacteria. They can enter through your skin in only diseases such as genital warts.
