Common Warts
These warts occur mostly on the back of the fingers, toes or even on the knees in some cases. These warts have a cauliflower-like look and are rough in touch. Any place with broken skin is a possible site for these warts. That is why, they are found more near broken fingernails. The black dot that appears on top of the warts because of the presence of blood vessels makes them look like seeds and hence they are also called seed warts.
