Lichenoid Drug Eruption
Some drugs that you may be taking for other reasons may sometimes cause an eruption that mimics lichen planus. Oral contraceptives, some anti-malarial drugs, gold, etc. are known to cause such eruptions. Your doctor will tell you about the drug if any such eruption is suspected.
