Other Common Treatments Of Atopic Dermatitis

Use of potassium permanganate in bath can help alleviate the condition to some extent. You can also use cold compress or wet wraps to get relief from atopic dermatitis. For wet wraps, you need to get admitted to hospital while cold compress can be done at home. For cold compress, use a clean cloth, dip it in cold water, remove excess water and apply the cloth over the affected area. All these should be tried after consulting with your doctor.
