Freckles
Freckles are mostly found on the skin of people with pale skin and red hair. Freckles are brown spots also called as ephilides. The color develops because of excess melanin due to sun exposure. This tendency is inherited. The freckles may fade away in winter and look prominent in summer. No treatment is required except sun protection. Once the exposure to sun is stopped, freckles will resolve over time.
